Become a PTO Sponsor!
The SMS PTO supports the students, staff and parents at Sharon Middle School. We depend on donations and a few fundraisers to fund our budget. All donations and contributions in excess of $5 are tax–deductible.

The PTO's sponsorship drive is one of our largest annual fundraisers. The amount we raise determines how many programs and enrichment opportunities we can provide. Become a SMS PTO Sponsor today!
Sponsorship options:

Supporter Sponsorship: $50
You will receive a copy of an electronic directory.

Maroon Sponsorship: $75
You will receive a copy of the electronic directory along with a small gift*.

Golden Eagle Sponsorship: $100
You will be acknowledged as a Golden Eagle Sponsor on the PTO website and in an email along with a small
gift*.

Anonymous Golden Eagle Sponsorship: $100 or higher
No sponsor listing but will receive a directory.

Other: Fill in the donation amount you choose using the PayPal link. If the amount is over $100, you will be acknowledged as a Golden Eagle.

After filling out the online sponsorship form, you may pay via PayPal, Venmo, or by mailing in a check.
If you prefer, you can print out the sponsorship form and remit with a check. If paying by check, please make it out to SMS PTO and drop it off with this completed form at the SMS main office in an envelope marked PTSO Sponsorship.
